ABDSP Interpretive Activities are Free and Open to the Public. All programs meet in front of the ABDSP Visitor Center unless otherwise stated.

1:00 p.m. Talk – Paleontology Lectures 2 Hours
Join Visiting Lecturers Kathleen and Mark Springer for two lecturers in the Discovery Lab at the Visitor Center sponsored by the Colorado District Paleontology Society. Open to the public.

7:00 p.m. Talk – Paleontology Lecture 2 Hours
Join Visiting Lecturer Kathleen Springer for a lecturer in the Discovery Lab at the Visitor Center. This lecture is sponsored by the Colorado District Paleontology Society and is open to the public.

7:30 p.m. Talk – Enjoy Anza-Borrego’s Dark Night Sky! 1.5 Hours
Winter evenings are perfect for Stargazing! Explore constellations and learn about the importance of dark skies everywhere. Bring warm clothing, a chair or blanket to sit on, binoculars if you have them, and flashlight (red lens is preferable, to preserve night vision). Telescope viewing if weather permits. Meet on the roof of the Visitor Center.
