Truckhaven Rocks Trek - 9:00 am

Join Volunteer Naturalist Toni Alexander on a 3 mile peaceful trek through a sandy wash to Truckhaven Rocks. At the Rocks, meander up a canyon enjoying the sandstone beauty and the ever-changing plants and flowers. Along the way, we will enjoy the sights and smells of smoke trees, desert lavender, desert lupines, orcutt asters, desert holly and much more. Be sure to have a hat and water. Meet at the overlook just past mile marker 36 on S-22 East. We will then drive to our starting point. Limited to 10 cars, so please sign up at the front desk of the visitor center.
