Join us for a close-up look at this remarkable world, its rings and its family of moons, and discover what we’re learning from spacecraft orbiting nearby.
Desert Skies Outdoor Lecture Series
Popular astronomer and syndicated columnist Dennis Mammana will enlighten and inspire us about the mysteries of the cosmos visible from the Anza-Borrego Desert. Each of these exciting programs will be followed by telescope viewing of the desert sky, weather permitting.
Please dress warmly and bring a blanket on which to sit. While it isn't necessary, feel free to bring binoculars and a flashlight with red lens or covering to protect night vision.
