Even without carpets of wildflowers along the road sides, blossoms can be found if you are willing to leave your car to walk, especially in western canyons and washes.

Bighorn Sheep Count

Got plans for the 4th of July weekend? Why not spend it in the desert counting sheep? Join other volunteers to record numbers of endangered Pennisular Bighorn Sheep. A mandatory training is required on June 16. For more information, view the invitation.
