ABDSP Interpretive Activities are Free and Open to the Public. All programs meet in front of the ABDSP Visitor Center unless otherwise stated.

10:00 a.m. – Botany Lecture 1 Hour
Join the Botany Society for their monthly lecture presented by Daniel Winkler, a PhD candidate at the University of California at Irvine. Daniel is a plant ecophysiologist interested in invasive species and how they alter native plant communities in “extreme” environments like our desert. This lecture is open to the public and meets in the Discovery Lab at the Visitor Center.
