Archaeology at Anza-Borrego Desert State Park: A Cultural Landscape
Robin Connors, Colorado Desert District Archaeologist
Friday, January 27, 2017 at the ABDSP Visitor Center
Volunteers, staff and the public are invited
Prehistoric archaeological resources spread across the environmental panorama of the park. What we see as a dry, desolate setting is actually a landscape of resources which when exploited helped to shape the cultures of the people who occupy that landscape. Join us to explore the resources of the Park’s Cultural Preserves, the artifacts and features which describe the people who lived and thrived here. A short business meeting will follow.
