Anza-Borrego Institute, the education arm of ABF, offers many educational and interpretive opportunities that enhance your Park experience including:

  • Field Programs by expert instructors conducting in-field explorations of our parklands. Topics include natural history, Native American culture, archaeology, paleontology, history, and more
  • Lectures by guest instructors on topics of current interest
  • Astronomy Classes by astronomer and syndicated columnist Dennis Mammana
  • Workshops that offer a more comprehensive learning experience
  • Annual Desert Hostel programs, the ultimate learning experience, feature three to five day touring adventures
