He holds a PhD in Native American History from the University of California, Riverside, and a Master’s in Historic Preservation. Milanovich serves as the Vice President of the Native American Land Conservancy and Secretary of the Native Land Trust Council. With extensive experience as a cultural specialist and Tribal Cultural Monitor, he also works as a Tribal Community Liaison with RUHS-BH and has expertise in museum collection management.\n\n
