Anza-Borrego Foundation (ABF) is now accepting applications for the following positions in Borrego Springs, California—in the heart of Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. Join an enthusiastic and motivated team that is passionate about the conservation of public lands in a small community surrounded by the expansive landscape of California’s largest state park.

Development Director ABF seeks a strategic and enthusiastic development professional to lead our contributed income plan including: memberships, donations, major donor society, planned giving, events, sponsorships, and grants. The Development Director will work closely with the Executive Director other ABF positions to fulfill fundraising goals of all programs, keep detailed records utilizing Neon CRM, encourage volunteer involvement and excellent donor relationships to raise more than $600,000 annually.

Retail Manager
ABF seeks a visionary and motivated Retail Manager to oversee nonprofit retail operations at two store locations. This position will supervise year-round and seasonal sales associates. The Retail Manager will work closely with the Program Director to identify products that enhance the visitor experience and interpret the unique resources of Anza-Borrego and, together, seek new opportunities for ABF to offer products that are educational, innovative, and relevant to today's customers. S/he will maintain relationships with vendors, be in close communication with park staff, as well as uphold and build relationships with volunteers. ABF is seeking candidates that have the interest and motivation to build skills toward a retail director-level position.
