Anza-Borrego Full Moon Night Hike
Experience the magic of the desert after dark on a guided full moon hike through Anza-Borrego. Under the glow of the full moon, the desert landscape takes on a whole new character, with moonlit canyons, dramatic shadows, and the sounds of nocturnal wildlife creating an unforgettable outdoor adventure.

- Enjoy a leisurely 2–3 mile round-trip hike across natural desert terrain.
- Experience the beauty of the desert under the glow of the full moon, with sweeping views, dramatic shadows, and the sounds of the desert at night.
- Keep an eye out for creatures that are most active after dark, such as scorpions, bats, owls, and other desert wildlife.
- Learn about the desert ecosystem, local wildlife, and the unique nighttime environment along the way.
- Your hike will be led by a Wilderness First Responder, providing a safe, informative, and enjoyable experience for participants of all ages.

Location: Meet at the ABF store at 587 Palm Canyon Dr. #110, Borrego Springs, CA 92004 (in The Mall next to Calico’s). From there we’ll carpool/caravan to the trailhead (location to be determined).
