Have you ever wanted to experience the adventure or peace of visiting Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, but didn’t know where to start? Or perhaps you’ve seen the beauty but would like to experience it with an expert Naturalist who can talk about the plants, animals, geology, paleontology, archaeology, or Native American culture as you walk along your favorite wash.
Private Tours with Anza-Borrego Foundation can do this for you! Expert Naturalists from Anza-Borrego Foundation will guide you in Anza-Borrego to experience hikes, drives, sunsets, or simply new perspectives. Tours can be customized by date, group size, location, level of difficulty, and topics of interest. As the official State Park Partner, we work directly with the Park to vet your experience.

All activities are subject to staffing and availability. Thank you for your flexibility.
We offer tours by the half day (3-4 hours), the full day (5-8 hours), or multiple days. Tours must be requested a minimum of 30 days in advance.
Half day (3-4 hours): $400
Full day (5-8 hours): $600
Multi-day tours: multiply the number of days by the day rate, with discounts!
You can bring your own food, or food can be provided sometimes for an additional cost.
Additional Details
Daytime outings typically begin at 7:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m. (a magic time of day in the desert).
Evening outings typically begin one-to-two hours before sunset.
Participants must provide their own vehicle. Unfortunately, due to insurance reasons, we cannot drive you in our vehicles.
You are responsible for your own accommodations. We can provide you with a list of hotels and campsites in or near Borrego Springs.
Deposit of 25% of total requested at time of booking.
